Optional Concierge Service
Personal Concierge
Focus on the job. We'll handle the grocery shopping, food ordering, dry cleaning, and any other local errands your crew needs taken care of while they work.
One-Month Minimum Stay
All reservations require a minimum stay of one month. Rent is billed monthly.
If a job or contract ends early, the lease may end early with written confirmation from the employer.
Rental Requirements
Applicants are subject to background screening and employment verification. Criminal history, employment, and rental history are reviewed as part of the screening process.
A satisfactory rental history with no unresolved broken leases is required. Screening decisions are made in accordance with applicable law.
Rates & Inquiries
Rates are $2,800 per month or $900 per week, including utilities and required weekly cleaning.
